He is a Gold Medalist of the National Fire Academy and he has been awarded Fellow of IFE (UK). He is an alumnus of the University of Mumbai, where he earned his MBA & Bachelor of Law LLB degree.He has done his Law Degree (LLB) from University of Mumbai. Furthermore, he's gold medalist From the National fire Academy. With a robust career as a Fire Officer in the year 1979 & spanning more than 4 decades. In the fire fighting Profession, he boasts extensive exposure in the restructuring of the fire services in the state of Maharashtra spreading legislative and academic reform within the field of Fire systems significantly in regulatory, legislative and academic improvements. He was assigned the post of Chief Fire Officer & Fire Adviser by M.I.D.C. as a Head of Department. Government of Maharashtra honored him by appointing him as a ‘Fire Adviser to Government of Maharashtra’ in the year 2002. In the year, 2005 he was appointed on the new assignment as Director, Maharashtra Fire Services, Govt. of Maharashtra.

He has completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & Business Development Management. He started his career in the year 1994 as an engineer in mechanical faculty with 30+ years. Since 2010, he had been Director of M/s Ultra fire tech system Pvt Ltd, specializing in business development & involved in daily operation which includes Design, Project Management, Procurement, Execution, Liasoning etc. of EPC project of Active & Passive Fire Protection System.

His education in B.Sc. (IT.) and LL.B. from Mumbai University underpins his dual focus on the technical and legal demands of the industry. He had played a critical role in shaping policies related to labour laws, data privacy, and security.

He is a seasoned B.E Mechanical engineer from Sanjivani College of Engineering, Kopargaon (2005 Batch) & leader with over 20 years of expertise in executing large-scale, high-complexity fire protection infrastructure. As Deputy General Manager of Projects at Ultra Firetech Systems since August 2019, he drives the strategic vision for the company’s design, budgeting, estimation, and project execution operations. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held vital leadership roles—including Project Manager and Operations Manager—on multi-billion-dollar infrastructure developments across India & Middle East. His marquee project portfolio includes the Offshore piping works & Jetty Modification works with Reliance Industries Ltd in Jamnagar, MEP works on transit systems of Dubai Metro (Red Line), Dubai Concourse 3 Airport, Underground Gold line Metro in Doha, Qatar, Hospital project such as Al Mafraq Hospital in Abu Dhabi, Helicopter Hanger at Das Island in Abu Dhabi and major multinational power plants such as Barkha-III, IWPP Salalah & Sur Power plant, Oil & Gas tank fields at Saiwan & Farha (managed by CCED) in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. He has also delivered advanced MEP solutions for iconic residential skyscrapers like Dubai's Al Sama Tower and Al Manara Tower. He specializes in cutting-edge fire protection technology, managing the installation of advanced Fire Sprinkler & Hydrant Networks, Gas-based Fire Suppression, Deluge Foam-water and High-Velocity Water Spray Systems.

He's serving as the Deputy General Manager and a Founder Member of Ultra Firetech Systems Pvt. Ltd. He had been instrumental & associated since December 2011 during the initial days of inception of the company. He has been instrumental in leading its design, budgeting, estimation, and execution operations. With nearly 15 years of industrial experience, He has held key leadership roles including Project Manager and Operations Manager. He specializes in advanced fire protection solutions, managing large-scale installations of Fire Sprinkler & Hydrant Systems, Gas-based Fire Suppression Systems, and Fire Detection & Alarm Systems. He is also a certified programmer for Simplex Fire Alarm Systems and has extensive experience working with premium brands like Notifier, Morley, and Ravel. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jayawantrao Sawant College of Engineering (Hadapsar, Pune, 2011) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Project Management from MIT Pune (2019)
